Payoneer receiving fees depend on how the client pays: 3.99% for credit cards, 1% for ACH bank debits, free from marketplaces and other Payoneer users. Withdrawing to your bank costs $1.50 in the same currency, or up to 3% when converting currency. An annual fee applies to low-activity accounts. How Payoneer fees work
Payoneer is a receiving hub for freelancers and sellers: marketplaces (Upwork, Fiverr, Amazon) pay into it free or cheaply, direct clients pay 1% by ACH or 3.99% by card, and you then withdraw to a local bank — $1.50 flat in the same currency, or with a conversion fee of up to 3% (up to 3.5% via the card) when changing currency.
The real cost is usually at the conversion step, not the receiving step — benchmark the offered rate against the live mid-market rate before withdrawing.
