Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Profitvana collects, why, and how it is used. Profitvana is operated by Valdura LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17217831), which is the data controller for this site. We aim to collect as little as possible.

Calculator inputs

The numbers you type into our calculators are processed entirely in your browser. We do not store or send your calculator inputs to our servers. The feedback form on some pages sends only the text you choose to submit, with the page it was sent from; no account or email is required.

Analytics

We use two kinds of analytics. A cookieless, first-party page counter records which pages are viewed, the country of the visitor and the referring site, without storing any identifier for you. Where you give consent, we also load Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies to measure sessions and page interactions. Google Analytics runs in Consent Mode: before you accept the cookie banner it collects no cookies and no identifiers, and it is never loaded at all in regions where consent is not required and you have not opted in.

Advertising and cookies

We display ads through Google AdSense. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies and similar technologies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites and to measure them. Where personalised advertising is permitted and you have consented, ads may be personalised; otherwise Google serves non-personalised ads that still use cookies for frequency capping, aggregated reporting and fraud prevention. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, and learn how Google uses data from partner sites at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Other third-party ad vendors that may serve ads on this site are listed in Google’s ad technology providers list, and you can opt out of some of them at aboutads.info.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland we ask for your consent through a cookie banner before any advertising or analytics cookie is set, and you can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer. Essential cookies that remember your theme or language preference do not require consent.

Cookies we use

• Preferences (first-party, essential): your light/dark theme choice and your consent decision.
• Analytics (Google Analytics, consent-based): session and page-interaction measurement.
• Advertising (Google AdSense and its partners, consent-based where required): ad serving, measurement and, where permitted, personalisation.

Data we hold and for how long

We hold aggregated page-view statistics indefinitely, feedback submissions for up to 24 months, and emails you send us for as long as needed to answer them. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers named above, which process it under their own privacy policies.

Your choices and rights

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
• You can withdraw advertising and analytics consent at any time from the footer link; the site works fully without them.
• If you are in the EU, UK or Switzerland you have the right to access, correct, delete or export personal data we hold about you, and to complain to your data-protection authority. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have comparable rights, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; we do not sell personal information.
• This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
