Two fees on every sale
StockX deducts two things from the sale price before your payout. The transaction fee is StockX's commission and depends on your seller level — 9% for a new seller. The payment processing fee is a flat 3% at every level. Both are charged on the sale price; the buyer separately pays their own processing fee and shipping, which do not affect your payout.

Levels are set by your completed sales in a rolling window; more successful sales move you up, and cancellations, failed verifications and inactivity can move you down. Because the level is recalculated continuously, a seller who pauses for a season can find themselves paying Level 1 rates again when they return.
The costs outside the fee table
Three things reduce a StockX payout beyond the percentages. Verification failures: if an item fails authentication or does not match the listing, StockX charges a penalty and may return the item at your cost.
